2. A Wally is a message 200 characters long with a CATEGORY, TOPIC, FEELING, SIGNATURE, TIMESTAMP AND LOCATION.

3. WALLYS ARE ANONYMOUS you can sign them, but several users could sign with the same name since NO ACCOUNTS ARE REQUIRED.

4. PUBLISH your wallys with any information you want to share with the world, how you feel(Green=good, Red=bad), what youve seen,....whatever you want.

5. SEARCH in the database for the Wallys you are interested in based on CATEGORY,TOPIC, FEELING, SIGNATURE, DATE, LOCATION or KEYWORDS in text. SEARCH FOR WALLYS PEOPLE WROTE IN YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD OR RIGHT ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD.
